Terms & Conditions of Whimsical Wolf - please read carefully
I am a vintage hire company and do not offer a wedding planners service.
I offer styling as seen in the website images. This will vary on occasion depending on location, colour decor (arranged at least 28 days prior to the event)- this relates to flower arrangements and added extras not original pieces and decor.
Items will be delivered to a pre-arranged safe and dry suitable location; myself and the set up team will arrive on the day of the event unless other arrangements are agreed in advance.
Whimsical Wolf will provide a written quotation upon request, including estimated number of hours needed to set up, no more than *4 will be charged for, even if time runs over in unforseeable circumstances.

Whimsical Wolf will deliver smaller items which is reflected in the cost, The Speakeasy will require substantially more work to deliver and set up this again is reflected in the price.
Hire duration is negotiable, but note no collections or deliveries will be made on Sunday. There may be an exception on smaller items delivered by Whimsical Wolf, at her discretion.
Delivery is available within a 50 mile radius of Bath, Somerset. If you are located outside of this area please contact and we will do our best to come up with a solution.
Packing boxes will be taken away from site until our return to dismantle and take away hired items.
Whimsical Wolf requests any glassware and china to be at least rinsed and stored in a safe area for collection; If a 'helper' service is booked, the 'helper' will be responsible for this.
Requested 7 days prior to the event this protects against loss, breakages, damage and soiling, which will result in replacement, repair and professional dry cleaning.
All Whimsical Wolf items are personally sourced, some are personally decorated and created. They are quirky and individual which means they are hard if not impossible to replace. This is reflected in the security deposit. I ask for varying security deposits depending on the overall value of the hired item.
Once the items have been returned and checked over, if all present and undamaged I will issue a full refund within 7 days of collection. If for any reason the items are damaged or missing a reasonable charge will be deducted from the security deposit. This will be notified via our usual communication method.
Once an enquiry has been made, Whimsical Wolf will reply with a written quotation. Once confirmed a 25% non - refundable booking deposit* will be requested to secure the booking. Note this is not the security deposit.
Once the deposit has been received I will mark as unavailable to other customers.
If by any chance there is a cross over in interest and dates I will honour the first to contact and will communicate to both parties with honesty and openness.
If the deposit is not paid within 2 days of receiving the quotation, the hire will be transferred to the second interested party.
A 25% booking deposit will be taken at the time of booking which is non - refundable
28 days before the event the full balance will be due. 7 days before the event the security deposit* will be due.
Cancellation within the 28 day period will incur a 25% fee from outstanding balance,
however the security deposit will be refunded in full.

**Note as our large item deliveries are made through an external company, delivery quotes and refunds will be at their discretion. The total amount allocated to delivery charges will be itemised within the Whimsical Wolf quote.
